  2. 1.    To get started with WAKEN邃｢ enter the Subject's name and birth data by selecting New... under the File menu. After you enter the data the Readings Window will appear showing the Subject's Personal Day, Month And Year readings. You can work with the text in the window in the usual Macintosh way by means of the vertical scroll bar, cutting, pasting, etc.

  4. 2.    If you then select Make <> Default under the Names Menu WAKEN邃｢ will automatically load that name and present the Personal Day, Month and Year #'s the next time you launch the program.

  6. (If you want to skip the automatic reading hold the option key down when the splash window appears at startup. The contents of the Readings and Scratch Windows will be the way you left them when you last exited WAKEN邃｢.)

  8. There is a second window called Scratch where you can copy, paste and edit text from the Readings Window. It's useful if you don't want to disturb the original readings.

  10. Note:    Keep WAKEN邃｢ and any Names files you use in the same folder.
